Nathanael Ministries provides Christ-centered retreats for at-risk youth and teenage mothers, designed to give participants an experience of encouragement, joy, rest, and genuine care. Our ministry team will serve participants throughout the retreat, taking them away from the pressures of everyday life to a beautiful camp or retreat setting where they can enjoy an experience that many may not otherwise have the opportunity to receive.​

We want these retreats to be memorable and special. Participants will be treated generously, with comfortable accommodations, good meals, recreation, outdoor adventures, excursions, and other enjoyable experiences, all provided at no cost to them. In many ways, we want it to feel like a vacation, while maintaining a clear Christ-centered purpose.

Throughout the retreat, biblical teaching, prayer, worship, fellowship, mentoring, and personal conversations will provide opportunities to experience the love of Christ, grow in faith, and discover the hope and purpose found in Him. New Zealand’s natural beauty provides an exceptional setting for recreation, adventure, rest, relationship-building, and meaningful conversations about faith and life.

Our goal is not simply to provide a few enjoyable days away. We want to build genuine relationships that continue beyond the retreat through discipleship, encouragement, mentoring, and ongoing support.
